DMM NCC Unit:
The NCC Unit of Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya (DMM) was established in 2016 under the 63 Assam Battalion NCC, with the vision of nurturing discipline, leadership, patriotism, confidence, and a strong sense of social responsibility among young women. The unit currently has 52 dedicated cadets who actively participate in training, camps, ceremonial parades, cultural programmes, and national integration activities. The DMM NCC Unit has earned distinction through its outstanding performances in Republic Day and Independence Day March Past competitions, securing several prizes, including 1st Prize in 2026. At the CATC Camp 2026 at Dibrugarh University, DMM cadets won 1st Prize in Group Dance, Solo Dance, and Solo Singing. The unit also participated in the EBSB Camp 2023 at Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The NCC Unit continues to inspire students to become disciplined, confident, responsible, and exemplary citizens of the nation.
