The third day of the 3-Day Craft Demonstration-cum-Awareness Programme was held on October 24, 2025, at Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The programme was organised by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, in collaboration with the Department of Community Science and the IQAC, Digboi Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The programme aimed to promote awareness about traditional crafts, handloom and handicrafts, while providing participants with an opportunity to learn about various craft practices and their significance in preserving India’s rich cultural heritage. The demonstration sessions also highlighted the importance of traditional crafts as a means of livelihood and entrepreneurship.
